Description of Counselor/Practice
“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”-Mary Oliver
I received my M.A. in clinical psychology from Bastyr University and have worked in various settings in the mental health field since 2004. My favored theoretical orientations are Jungian and Existential orientations. I also use other theoretical orientations and techniques including: mindfulness, bio-psycho-social-spiritual model, guided imagery, psychosynthesis, and clinical hypnotherapy. I see people as being unique and the key to your healing process is within you. My goal is to become your guide and witness to your journey.
I provide services in both English and Japanese.
