Erin McKinney, MSW, LICSW is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a designated Child Mental Health Specialist in the State of Washington. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Washington University in St. Louis and has received specialized training in the treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Ms. McKinney has proven expertise in providing counseling and therapy to individuals, families, and groups. She recently completed the perinatal mood and anxiety disorder certificate training and is a volunteer for Postpartum Support International of Washington. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet clients where they are, including motivational interviewing, collaborative problem solving, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness therapy. She has received specialized diversity training and is committed to culturally competent therapy.
