Description of Counselor/Practice

Life’s many barriers are often difficult to navigate and can leave us feeling hopeless and stuck in ways that are harmful to our mental health and wellbeing. It is easy to get lost in the difficult phases of life. My mission is to provide a safe, confidential and meaningful therapy experience for you. My theoretical approach is an integrated blend of therapy techniques intended to provide a unique therapy experience for each person. While I specialize in helping individuals navigate difficult life transitions, I often assist individuals with overcoming a wide range of other obstacles such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and low self-esteem.
