My counseling style is eclectic, holistic and tailored individually to each client depending on their needs and preferences. We may use a combination of relational, psycho-dynamic & cognitive-behavioral therapies, art therapy and other techniques to explore issues, develop coping skills, boost self -esteem & self-love and develop new thought patterns and behaviors. As needed we may explore the origins of your negative behavioral patterns to heal old wounds and provide closure before moving forward. Whatever you bring to discuss in session and however you choose to say it will be unconditionally supported.
