My approach to counseling is informed by a combination of psychodynamic therapy, harm reduction, mindfulness practice and an overall investment in collaboration, self-determination, and collective liberation. I may employ a variety of approaches tailored to fit your individual style and needs. The therapeutic process includes experiencing feelings and aspects of yourself that you may find unappealing or painful. And doing so in a supportive, non-threatening environment, can be liberatory, opening up space for living, joy, sturdiness, and compassion for self and others.
