Description of Counselor/Practice
I am a clinician focused on both deep emotions and practical coping. My therapy style is to collaborate with Clients to find out what works for you the best. I believe psychotherapy can foster our personal growth and empower us to reclaim our capability to nurture and take care ourselves. Psychotherapy is a space to be vulnerable and also to gain strength and courage to face life struggles. I am specialized to work on perfectionism, professionalism, depression, anxiety, panic attack, trauma, stress, autistic spectrum, emotional regulation, relationship, family of origin, and cultural/racial issues.
Moreover, my experience at Mental Health Human Right Clinic for social justice and Seattle Therapy Alliance for Critical Social Theory training has equipped me utilize my social identities to work with intersectionalities. We learn how to react to the system after knowing how we are impacted by it.
I am not only a therapist to hold the space for your vulnerability but also a human being to feel your life experience in the private space. I promise to be here with you will my full person experience. It is my honor to be the witness in your life.
