Description of Counselor/Practice

Do you feel stuck? Like you put everyone else above yourself, you never feel good enough, and subsequently you learned all this shame along the way…But deep down there’s a small part of you that thinks “there must be something more than this” and "I deserve better". With over 11 years as a social worker I have worked with adults that have had those feelings and helped them create/sustain the positive changes they sought in their lives. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and burnout issues. I have extensive experience with working with Veterans, those in recovery, and working with Spanish speaking individuals. As your therapist, I partner with you on this journey. You are the expert of your own life and I am committed to you and your goals for therapy. During session, I am present focused and view you as holistic being with worth (and not just as a diagnosis). I am here to help you unravel your issues, help process difficult emotions, and learn new coping skills. I am proud that you have begun to take the first steps in taking care of yourself because you are enough and deserve to not to be stuck. If you're curious to see if I am a good fit for this next chapter in your life, reach out to me for a free, no obligations, consult.
