My approach to therapy is holistic. I consider your culture, worldview, family practices, race/ethnicity, faith, sexual orientation, as well as the many other attributes that make you, YOU. I believe there is significant growth and beauty that comes through pain and challenges. I believe healing has much to do with grace and forgiveness, as well as truth and accountability. I will provide guidance, or sometimes a silent support to help you meet your goals and gain insight and resolution to what troubles you. The space provided to you will be void of judgment. It will be encouraging and safe. I will support you with warmth, challenge you as necessary, honor your time and give you much respect.
I am a multiracial woman, raised on the island of Oahu, who now calls the Pacific Northwest my second home. I find strength, peace, and pride in my Indigenous culture and community. I lean on and listen to the sounds of my ancestors. I believe I carry their strengths with me and I am purposeful in passing them on to my children. I am an advocate for social justice and equality, and a protector of the earth.
