I am passionate about empowering my clients to take charge of their life choices, whether in relationship, at work, and with the world at large. Do you find yourself navigating through self-doubt? Are you adjusting to new environments, and having a hard time trusting yourself? I offer a warm and safe space in which you can rediscover your strengths, and figure out how you may be reliving the past in ways that are not helping you achieve the happiness you deserve. Today's world can be harsh and demanding. A journey of self-discovery is key to facing life's challenges and to conquering the goals you set for yourself. I'd be happy to share a space with you to pause and cultivate increased self-awareness and compassion. Having been born and raised in South America, I know firsthand how it feels to navigate different cultures, and how fascinating and at the same time challenging that can be.
