Description of Counselor/Practice

I help my clients address their anger, relationship conflict, identity issues, and breaking cycles of generational trauma. Together, we can figure out what to do with the resentment, frustration, or loneliness you might feel. I will bring into session my honesty and respect for you. I believe you deserve a place free of judgment or expectations. In that safety, my clients will often interact with the root of the conflict in their lives, their patterns, and their emotional experiences. I draw from my experiences as a gay, multicultural Latina to inform my collaborative, trauma informed, and radically compassionate therapeutic approach. I have worked deeply with underserved communities including survivors of abuse, individuals experiencing homelessness, LGTBQ+, people with racialized identities and others impacted by systemic oppression.
