Hello there! I offer individual therapy from a social justice, multicultural, feminist, intersectional approach. I am strongly rooted in a relational approach, where the relationship within the therapeutic setting is a core focus in the support I provide. Along with supporting clients, I am also a WA state approved supervisor, and provide licensing supervision as well as consultation. I am passionate in supporting folx who are seeking to understand their deep pain, and find liberation within the self, while also building better connections/relationships with the people around them; to help people have an understanding of the systems of oppression that have impacted who they believe they are, and how to de-pathologize the self. For supervision/consultation, though I offer modalities/resources/suggestions on things that come up for me, my priority is to help support you in leaning into your intuition as a therapist, and harness what it means for you to hold this identity and be in this role. I am drawn to working with individuals who hold the following identities/experiences: - BIPOC - LGBTQIA+ including Gender Affirming Care - Neurodivergence - Multiracial identity/multicultural identity - First generation immigrants - Chronic illness and disabilities - Complex trauma/trauma/EMDR My rate is $165, and I do offer sliding scale slots for clients and supervision/consultation, as well as provide out of network billing for insurance. I offer free 15-30 minute consultations to those who are interested in working with me to see if we would be a good fit for one another!
