My goal as a therapist is to uncover the strengths that I know we all possess. I will never claim to be the “expert” because after all, I’m just a human! I always want my clients to know and feel that I am another person alongside this journey with them. That means that I like to laugh in session and I will always be straight forward with you. Most important of all, I want my clients to feel that this is a space in which they can say anything without being judged or criticized. I am half Chinese and half Greek as well as the daughter of immigrants and am deeply aware of the experience of being multicultural. I lead with compassion, gentleness, and a touch of directiveness that will always push you to go deeper.
