Description of Counselor/Practice

Despite doing our best, many of us still face dissatisfaction in many areas of life, suffering from loneliness, unbelonging, lack of fulfillment, purpose, and meaning. Sometimes we just need professional help. In sessions we'll work through your emotions, thoughts, behaviors, beliefs, and physical defenses. We'll unpack cultural, family, and societal influences. In this work people loosen old survival patterns that keep them in vicious cycles. You’ll learn to access your innate power and wisdom, become your own guide, and feel rekindled purpose and appetite for life. In-person and telehealth available.
