Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My primary focus is on anxiety-related disorders, and I have worked extensively with clients facing a range of challenges, from generalized anxiety or specific phobias, to perfectionism or low self-esteem. I understand that each person's experience with anxiety is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet individual needs, goals, and strengths. Whether that involves use of common evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or traditional person-centered talk therapy, we will find what works best for you. I am here to show you that therapy can be both transformative and even enjoyable, as I may use a healthy dose of humor to make the journey towards growth just a little lighter. And, while I draw inspiration from my Christian values, I am not solely a Christian counselor.
