Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. I work with kids, adolescents, adults, families and couples from a wide range of backgrounds. I specialize in working with highly sensitive individuals who use self-harm as a coping strategy and clients of all ages experiencing anxiety and/ or depression. I am also trained in working with couples struggling with conflict patterns that are preventing them from experiencing closeness and connection, and families who yearn to rebuild strong bonds between each other. My style is collaborative, with an emphasis on authenticity, and creating a safe and trusting therapeutic space. I have been described as an empathetic and compassionate therapist with a straightforward communication style. I yearn to empower clients to tap into their own voice and yearnings and allow those to point them to the life they want to experience.
