Hello, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapis and specialize in helping couples increase the level of emotional intimacy in their relationships and those looking to end conflict patterns leading to disconnection. I am also passionate about supporting women experiencing anxiety, depression, codependency, overwhelm, needing to address PTSD/ trauma symptoms and those learning how to show up authentically in relationships in order to build the connections and support that feels meaningful to them. I am trained in and draw on Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I believe you are an expert on your experince and my role is help you tap into your inner voice to create the life and relationships you desire. I aim to show up authentically and invite you to do the same in order for our therapeutic relationship to feel genuine and safe.
