I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A MC#61474184). I am trained in several evidence-based modalities such as trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy for children (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, EFT Tapping, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
