In order to create change for the better, I help clients recognize what is and isn't serving them. Together, we develop practices that build confidence, help with managing heavy emotions, and develop inner and interpersonal relationships that are fulfilling. Sometimes change happens to you at a pace you're not ready for--with my support, you'll be able to navigate relocation, the end of a relationship, the start of a new job, the loss of a loved, and the natural grief that comes with change.
I'm certified to treat anxiety and trauma through a blend of modalities. I am also a certified ZOLA Grief Ambassador which means I provide educational consultation on grief management to individuals as well as groups.
I welcome all new clients but specialize in providing services to those with multicultural backgrounds and/or identify as BIPOC. I have the privilege of working with clients facing challenges in mental health, stress, relationships, identity, trauma, self-confidence, career satisfaction, and overall wellness.
Since I currently live abroad, I provide online therapy at this time. Looking forward to connecting with you.
