Description of Counselor/Practice

Having a connection with your therapist is the foundation of doing truly healing work together. As a queer person of color who has navigated and had to compromise my needs in order to receive mental healthcare services myself, I am extremely passionate about working with clients to meet their fragilities with care and compassion, not contempt. I practice therapy integrating values of Indigenous kinship and relationship in connecting and curating holistic healing. I specialize in self-compassion work, queer and racial identity exploration, mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, ADHD/ADD, intergenerational and diaspora trauma, interpersonal conflict around attachment, codependency, & boundaries.
