I love working with individuals, couples, and families integrating various modalities that best fit each client. I believe therapy should be a relaxed and collaborative process. I hope to help you identify your strengths and dreams to create the life you want. My role is to help guide you through this process while yours is being the expert of your life. I specialize in working with anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship concerns. I would love to help you - manage and get comfy with your anxiety, build and grow your self-esteem and confidence, and/or heal your relationship with yourself or others! Relationships are challenging. I can provide tools and a safe space to explore problems to improve connection and healing. Anxiety can be overwhelming. I can help you feel more comfortable with it through better understanding and tips/tricks that work best for your anxiety. Self-esteem and confidence can be found and grown from within, I can help you find it Choosing to better your life, facing your problems, and making change is scary!
