I am a Vietnamese-American, queer, cisgender woman who has worked with individuals from all walks of life and ages. I work from a holistic, and social justice lens, and I value building authentic relationships with my clients by engaging with an open mind and learning about their stories. I truly believe that everything in one’s life is interwoven, therefore, working from a holistic perspective helps me to help individuals facing everyday challenges. I strive to create a safe space in which individuals can come as they are, no matter where they are in life. I believe in working with individuals to find their authentic selves and to create healthy habits for a lifetime.
