Do you feel stuck in your life and do not know how to move forward? Do you feel inadequate and find it difficult to find good in yourself and your life? Do you often try to please others while ignoring your own needs? Do you struggle to maintain intimate relationships? Do you sometimes feel confused and dissatisfied about yourself and want to know who you are and want to be? If any of these resonates with you, I may be your therapist. I value the inner strength and believe that everyone deserves satisfying work and love relationships. My counseling style is authentic, open, and a bit challenging. I thrive to hold a safe space for you to explore yourself, to be heard, and understood. We will begin with issues you bring to me and decide treatment plan based on your specific needs. Everyone's pain is different, but people are connected deep down. As an Asian immigrant, I hope to support underserved multicultural minorities, yet I am also eager to learn about other groups as well.
