My therapeutic orientation is eclectic and pulls from humanistic, cognitive, psychodynamic, attachment, feminist, queer, and existential theories and use trauma-informed evidence-based practices. I aspire to serve and elevate the AAPI and LGBTQ+ community through therapeutic healing.
