My approach is heart-centered, somatically based, and community driven. I believe that connection is the key to resilience and that through the container of an attuned, safe relationship, powerful healing can occur. I work from a social justice oriented, non-pathologizing, trauma-informed perspective, utilizing an integrative approach to reflect each client’s unique history, identities, ancestry, environment, and struggles. Above all, I employ an embodied approach that honors my clients’ wisdoms and strengths and strive to create an environment where my clients feel safe, heard, seen, and held.
