I specialize in issues of attachment and relationship with self and others. I work exclusively with adults and via telehealth. I am a bicultural, bilingual Spanish speaker born here in the US. I enjoy working with issues of culture and immigration, as well as intergenerational trauma. I'm also interested in gender-specific issues that affect relationships. I have experience with pregnancy, birth and early childhood. I am a graduate of the University of Washington's Master of Social Work program and have worked with adults, youth and families in a variety of settings. My practice is inclusive and welcoming of all identities. I strive to create a safe space for clients to take risks and experience real growth and change. I bring warmth and humor to my therapeutic relationship with clients - true connection is where healing happens!
