I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in the Thurston County area. I offer telehealth and I am skilled in various forms of therapy methods, family, couples, and group therapy, counseling assessment, and psychology for marginalized clients. I am very proficient in working with Military families, LGBTQ adolescents, and marginalized persons of color, though I do have the skills to provide my services to a wide population. Even though I tailor treatment to each client, the modalities that have shown success with past clients have been Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT-Informed Skills coaching and Family Systems Therapy. These modalities have produced positive outcomes for the majority of clients that I have engaged with. With younger clients, I include Play and Art Therapy among other techniques for young children. I am always open to a variety of modalities because I believe in the individualistic approach as I get to know my client. ​
