I deeply believe in each individual’s unique insight and capability to incite purposeful change in their lives. My role is to accompany and guide you along towards meaningful growth and connection. I do this by facilitating curiosity, offering observations, containing the therapeutic space, and bearing witness to your humanity with compassion and understanding. As a social worker, I am first and foremost a systems thinker. I work to understand each person through their environment, understanding how we are all shaped by our upbringing, culture, and social settings. I strive to practice from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed framework in order to honor the various intersections of your identity and cultivate a safe and open space for your experiences.
