Description of Counselor/Practice

Many of my clients come to see me for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, life transitions including career changes, relocation, divorce, mid-life crises, grief and loss. I also specialize in culturally specific therapy to assist immigrant families especially Asian Americans. As an immigrant myself I am empathetic to emotional and mental health issues due to the need for cultural adjustment, awareness of the cultural and generational gaps in parents and their children, and any unique family dynamic to help them acculturate to living and thriving in the United States.
