Description of Counselor/Practice

My calling is to support women and teens (15+) overcome anxiety, self esteem, relationships, and childhood trauma to lead more fulfilling lives. Through a safe, non-judgmental space, I offer compassionate guidance and support that leads to greater self-love, self-acceptance, and secure relationships. By integrating mindfulness principles, we'll raise your self-awareness and develop insights to make meaningful changes in your life. As an Asian woman, I'm sensitive to the challenges of acclimating to cultural experiences, and my counseling services are intersectional. Together, we'll work collaboratively to help you find relief, develop a strong sense of self-worth, and move towards a more fulfilling life. If you're ready to take the first step towards personal growth and positive change, please contact me to schedule a phone consultation so we can discuss how I can help you with your concerns.
