My calling is to support women and teens (15+) overcome anxiety, self esteem, relationships, and childhood trauma to lead more fulfilling lives. Through a safe, non-judgmental space, I offer compassionate guidance and support that leads to greater self-love, self-acceptance, and secure relationships. By integrating mindfulness principles, we'll raise your self-awareness and develop insights to make meaningful changes in your life. As an Asian woman, I'm sensitive to the challenges of acclimating to cultural experiences, and my counseling services are intersectional.
