My calling is to provide support and reassurance to women and teen girls (16+) struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem and relationships by learning to love and connect deeper with yourself, being aware of your needs and desires, and being able to express your feelings. My style is Warm, Compassionate, and Collaborative, you can expect a safe and nonjudgmental environment to embrace your vulnerability, and be your authentic self.

I use a combination of Eastern and Western approach to achieve holistic results for alleviating what causes you distress. I apply mindfulness principles to raise self-awareness, combined with evidence-based therapeutic methods i.e. ACT, DBT, EFT, you will learn coping skills, and new ways of thinking to help you enjoy your life more.
