I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Associate (LMFTA), and my passion is to meet clients where they are in their journey, providing a non-judgmental and supportive environment as they navigate through the unexpected twists and turns that can occur in life. Although my therapeutic style tends to follow more of a humanistic, strengths-based, and Emotionally-Focused (EFT) approach, I also rely on an integrative model of interventions, from Solution-Focused to Structural Family (SFT) to Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) Therapies, among others. I also bring humor, practicality, and open-mindedness in supporting clients to build better relationships with themselves, their families, and others. The ebb and flow of my approach aim to assist clients in growing towards the direction of more agency, choice, and joy in their lives.
