Individuals I work with are typically interested in developing a positive therapeutic relationship where they feel heard and validated, and with someone who can help them gain new insights on presenting issues. The therapeutic process can offer someone a safe space to increase their understanding about common mental health conditions and effective coping strategies. I have formalized training and experience in treating a variety of mental health conditions but have specialized in the following, anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I'm also an ally and member of the LGBTQ+ community and enjoy supporting others as they navigate their sexual orientation and identities. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel empowered to explore and process difficult thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life events. I look forward to working with you and helping you take steps towards your goals.
