Madison Clay, LSWAIC
Description of Counselor/Practice
I work with people who long to feel “enough” in their relationships, work, and family life, but find themselves overthinking, questioning their worth, or struggling to feel safe and secure. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, attachment wounds, perfectionism, identity and belonging, grief and loss, chronic illness, fertility challenges, or major life transitions.
In therapy, we’ll explore the patterns and emotional wounds beneath these experiences and create new experiences of connection, safety, and trust. My approach is warm, direct, and relational, grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I’ll offer honesty, accountability, and a steady presence as you work toward greater self-trust and resilience.
Ready to make the change? I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation through my website. I offer a kind, compassionate, and honest space for healing and transformation toward insight, peace, and a life worth living. I look forward to connecting with you.
