Sloan Chong, MA Ed, LMHCA

Description of Counselor/Practice

I work with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety or depression; struggling with school, work, or relationships; and exploring issues of self esteem or identity. We will work together to understand your goals for counseling. Depending on your needs a variety of modalities, such as psychotherapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, may be employed. Equatable and affirming practices that support individuals who identify with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities are important to me.
