Description of Counselor/Practice

As a therapist, my primary focus is to provide a safe and supportive space for my clients. I strive to ensure they feel empowered and insightful in developing skills and clarity as they navigate through life challenges. I am especially suited in supporting clients through stress management, recent loss and sadness, addiction, relationship problems, and challenging life situations. My approach is to be fully present in processing and healing while honoring client beliefs and providing authentic, non-judgmental support. The theoretical approaches are solution focused and strength-based. My focus is client and person centered. I utilize processes that are interactive, collaborative and holistic. I honor each client’s unique healing journey and guide through self-compassion and self-care.
