Time is the one resource we can't get back, so spend it on the things that make your heart feel full. Together we will utilize mindfulness, the power of our emotions, and other evidence-based practices to accept the present moment. I will help you recognize your strengths, provide insight into patterns that might be creating challenges in your life, and help you navigate those challenges with clarity and resilience. I hope you feel empowered and supported to shift into new ways of being. We are whole people, not just our challenges. I think it's important to take into account the many different aspects of someone's life for authentic transformation to occur. In our meetings together, expect me to listen to you, ask questions, and collaboratively determine next steps towards fulfillment.
