ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS I am passionate about working with both individuals and couples to support them in their journey towards healing, re-connecting and self-improving. My approach stems from a relational-experiential, solution-focused and systemic lens which gives clients room to share their voices, desires and needs while learning to engage in new patterns and ways of being together. I enjoy providing structure and tools for skill building to support improvement in communication, repair of past hurts, healing of trauma, and rebuilding emotional connection. I am a therapist who always looks to challenge my clients, as I believe this is the path to growth and change. In my experience, the most transformative experiences happen when we step out of our comfort zone. My goal is push my clients to find the results that they are seeking, while providing the support and motivation they need. I enjoy working with people from diverse cultures, religious backgrounds, sexual identities and orientations. I take pride in people knowing that my practice is a safe and welcoming space for all.
