These may include depth work, family systems, social justice, strength based, personality theory, Jungian, archetypal, expressive therapies, and narrative therapy. My relationship with my clients is the most important part of each therapeutic process. I have a non-judgmental style that creates a safe space for all types of feelings, thoughts, and situations.
