I work with adoptees and anyone navigating identity, belonging, grief and loss, life transitions and individuals wanting to explore their relationship to self and to others. Maybe you’ve learned how to fit in, shape-shift, or keep parts of yourself tucked away. You may feel caught in the “in-between” - between cultures, families, identities, or even between who you are and who you want to be. This can show up as feeling disconnected from yourself or others, overanalyzing and second guessing.
I see therapy as both a grounding space and a place of gentle exploration. At your pace, we’ll explore relationships, patterns, and the parts of you that feel unclear or unknown. My approach is relational and collaborative - I believe you’re the expert of your own experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you untangle what’s been weighing on you.
