Description of Counselor/Practice

I’m a relational therapist who works with people at the crossroads of identity, belonging and becoming. The desire to feel seen and understood is what first drew me therapy. While I don’t know the exact journey you’ve been on or what brings you here, my guess is you have realized you need some additional support. Whether you’re seeking it for the first time or continuing a journey that has already begun, I see that choice as courageous. I believe that everything we need already exists within us. These inner resources can become buried or hard to reach, and sometimes we need the support of others to help us find them again. I hope our work together will provide a haven where you can find connection and feel like all parts of you are welcome. My intersectional identity as a neurodivergent (AuDHD), Black-biracial/binational, queer, and 1st-generation immigrant informs the way I see the world. I want to support others as they navigate multiple identities in different contexts, particularly BIPOC individuals, interracial couples, and multicultural families. My Approach to Change: Life rarely moves in straight lines. Most of us live at the intersection of multiple currents—family stories, cultural expectations, nervous systems, power dynamics, and personal values. When these currents collide, symptoms often emerge not as failures, but as signals that create ripples in our lives and relationships. My work is grounded in relational and living-systems thinking. That means we pay attention to patterns, context, and connection—how things came to be this way, and how small shifts can create meaningful change over time. Therapy here is collaborative and paced, shaped by your values rather than external expectations. I believe that everything we need already exists within us. At the same time, those inner resources can become buried or hard to access, especially in environments that misunderstand or marginalize us. Therapy can be a place to recover self-trust, strengthen regulation, and reconnect with what matters most. Therapy Modalities I Lean on Most: I'm an integrative therapist and lean heavily on Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Contextual Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, somatic practice or bottom up-processing as well as Depth Psychology. For those who care, I'm a 5/1 Ego Manifestor (Human Design), Enneagram 6, Gemini Sun / Aries Moon / Capricorn Rising and yes, I like integrating "woo woo" into therapeutic work if that's your thing. But this is not required to work with me. I bring a balanced approach to logic and woo.
