I’m Courtney, a greater Seattle-based therapist who blends empathy, evidence-based tools, to help you feel heard, gain clarity, and make meaningful change at your own pace, in your way. My goal is to provide a warm, direct approach to partner with you in building deeper insight, practical strategies, and meaningful growth. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, perinatal issues, identity questions, life transitions, work stress/burnout, or other life challenges, I aim to provide a collaborative space where you can be heard, understood, and supported. I am trained in EMDR and Perinatal Mental Health, and pull from a variety of other modalities. Together, we will find the best way to support your individual needs.
