Amal Abdulrahman, MSW, LICSW

Description of Counselor/Practice

Hi, I’m Amal. My goal is to support individuals as they navigate life challenges that affect their physical, emotional, spiritual, and relational well-being. I provide a structured and supportive therapeutic space where clients can explore their personal history and current context, strengthen resilience and coping skills, and gain clarity to move toward meaningful and sustainable personal goals. I take a holistic, strengths-based approach, using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. I support clients with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, life transitions, identity or career questions, relationships, and grief or loss, considering culture, faith, and family. Therapy with me is not only about symptom relief, it’s about healing, growth, and reconnecting with what matters most. Whether you’re working through hardship or seeking greater self-understanding, I provide a space where you can feel grounded, supported, and empowered.
