I provide a safe environment where we can explore your values and needs together and move towards being the version of self that you aspire to be. Having lived in two different countries has provided me with an insight into the unique set of conflicts that arises due to cultural differences and when we have different set of values than people around us. I have gained experience in working with adults facing challenges including, not limited to, anxiety, grief, depression, life transition, and trauma. I understand the courage it takes to begin therapy and I'm happy to provide free consultation via phone or email where we can discuss any questions you might have or any information you might need that is not addressed in this introduction. Also, I am fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. I look forward to begin this partnership.
