I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in Washington state. I work collaboratively with clients, always viewing them as the experts in their own lives. I take a “curious scientist” approach to therapy—seeking to understand each person’s unique needs and encouraging clients to experiment with the skills and strategies we explore together, even outside of our sessions. I believe meaningful change happens when clients integrate what they learn in therapy into their everyday lives.
I have years of clinical and research experience in substance use disorders. My current clinical focus include adult ADHD, addiction, trauma, life transitions, identity-based stress, and the impacts of immigrant culture and identity development.
