Welcome. I am here to support you and your relationships. I’m the founder of Vibrant Life Counseling in Bellevue, WA, serving individuals, couples, and families across Washington State. I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and I am also a Washington State Certified Child Mental Health Specialist and Ethnic Minority Mental Health Specialist. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and work through a systems and multicultural lens, recognizing the intersections of people’s identities, experiences, and relationships. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1)—to strengthen connections, improve communication, and support meaningful, lasting change.
