I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 11 years of experience. I have been in private practice for a little over 6 years, and in the years prior was working in community mental health in Honolulu, Hawaii. I enjoy working with individuals bringing to light relational issues, Family of Origin (FOO) difficulties, and life transitions. Like many therapists, I blend a variety of modalities in my practice/approach with an emphasis on being attachment-based and emotion-focused. I have a special interest in empowering women, people of color, and other marginalized communities to reclaim their relationships with themselves and others. I practice from a multi-cultural and anti-oppressive lens. I am bi-racial and bi-lingual (I speak Tagalog fluently).
