As a therapist, I bring a collaborative, curious, and deeply human approach to my work. I strive to create a trusting space where clients feel safe being vulnerable, knowing that openness is essential for growth and change. My style is dynamic and experiential—supportive yet willing to challenge—guided by both attachment-based exploration and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help people move toward lives that feel meaningful and authentic. I specialize in working with clients navigating life transitions—whether completing school, facing job changes, moving through separation or divorce, or exploring identity and belonging. As a Black, trans, and neurodivergent therapist, my lived experiences show up in all of my work. As a result, I am especially passionate about helping people examine and release shame that limits their self-authorship. My training in sex therapy, relational therapy, and andragogical education further enriches the ways I partner with clients, meeting them where they are—whether they are seeking short-term, action-oriented goals or longer-term journeys of self-actualization.
