Description of Counselor/Practice

I am a queer, mixed-race East Asian (Japanese and white) therapist. My approach is trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in a commitment to collective liberation. I work collaboratively to create a space that is responsive to your unique needs, identities and lived experiences. I integrate brainspotting, somatic attachment therapy, talk therapy, parts work and a range of embodiment practices. As a somatic practitioner, I help people reconnect with their bodies as sources of wisdom and guides in healing. We all deserve space to feel, process, and be witnessed. I am committed to showing up with full presence, curiosity, care, and deep respect for your story. My hope is to support you in honoring exactly where you are while making space for healing, connection, and living in deeper alignment with your values and goals.
