I'm trained to support adults experiencing a range of challenges, including mood disorders, imposter syndrome, tech companies/ corporations burn out, anxiety, substance abuse, domestic violence, and interpersonal difficulties. My expertise extends to working with black population, multicultural families, LGBQT and immigrant populations, offering compassionate guidance through issues related to assimilation and cultural adjustment. I believe in recognizing the unique potential of each individual, to help clients harness their strengths and achieve their goals. I'm deeply attuned to the specific needs of everyone I work with. As a licensed social worker and independent clinical associate, I bring years of dedicated training in psychotherapeutic interventions to my practice. I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Washington, where I honed my passion for making a meaningful difference in people's lives. With my roots in West Africa, I enjoy connecting with adults from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. I'm fluent in English, French , Wolof and Soninke, allowing me to connect with a broader client base. I find immense satisfaction in helping clients remove obstacles to their personal growth and celebrating every step of their unique journeys.
