Description of Counselor/Practice
I work with adult women and birthing people who are navigating life transitions, both personally and professionally, as well as in their relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of their place in the world.
Together, we explore the impact of societal expectations, past experiences, and internalized messages, with the goal of helping you feel more grounded, seen, and empowered to live in alignment with your values. My approach is grounded in humanistic and systems-focused theories, with a focus on somatic and mindfulness-based practices.
Therapy with me looks like: unlearning survival patterns that no longer serve you, naming and healing from trauma, without rushing, reclaiming joy, softness, and rest, building coping tools that actually work in your life, honoring your identities, your ancestry, your truth.
I practice therapy rooted in the body, grounded in justice, and led by your wisdom. For people who are looking for therapy that honors their full humanity, not just a diagnosis.
