Kirkland EMDR Counseling is an inclusive teletherapy practice providing individual therapy for adults throughout Washington state. We provide services in English and Spanish. Imagine feeling comfortable when making future plans without anxiety taking over. What if you could talk about your past with strength and resilience? Kirkland EMDR Counseling will work together with you to learn skills, gain insight into unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, and create new ways of being with yourself and others that allow you to feel confident, authentic, and calm. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Washington State (LW 611972). I identify as Latinx, immigrant, cisgender female and use she/her/ella pronouns. I have worked in the field of mental health since 2015 and I obtained my Master of Social Work in 2017 from the University of Washington. I work with individuals, couples / partners in the areas of anxiety, trauma, and relationships. EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy primarily used in therapy, but I include CBT, DBT Skills, and Mindfulness as well–I make sure to tailor therapy to your needs.
