Description of Counselor/Practice

I am an enrolled member of the Puyallup Tribe and the founder of Good Medicine Counseling, PLLC. I offer culturally grounded, trauma-informed therapy for Native and BIPOC individuals, children, teens, and families. My approach integrates Indigenous wisdom, relational cultural theory, and evidence-based practices to support healing from intergenerational trauma, violence, grief, and systemic oppression. I specialize in supporting survivors of abuse, navigating identity development, and building emotional resilience in the digital age. Sessions are available via telehealth throughout Washington State.
